Upon receiving requests, our specialist would reach you via phone or online within the response time regulated by the service level, help you analyze, diagnose and identify the problem, provide solutions, and guide you in the practice. You would benefits from more convenient and comprehensive consultancy specialist service.



3On-site Services


If it needs to serve on-site, our most experienced engineers would be sent out to your mills within agreed service time. Problem diagnosis and solutions would be conducted on site. On-site service engineers would help to replace the wear parts if necessary till the error is eliminated and systems are restored to normal production.




4Training & Courses


We have invited specialists in technology and management to host trainings in production, operation, management and maintenance to help you fostering professionals in these fields.
